FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:

 

The position that reports to the Marketing Manager (dotted line to the Marketing Manager), has the following responsibilities:

 

Set and Execute Annual Marketing Plan

 

Analyze market research and elaborate competition environment reports

 

Coordinate with technical sales force sell-out and sell-in action plans

 

Co-organize with R&D all technical activities and product trials

 

Establish and participate in co-marketing activities with distributors and importers (meetings, promotions, exhibitions, open field days,….)

 

Manage marketing budget, fixing prices, stock controlling and planning product demands on SAP

 

Gather market intelligence and competitor information

 

Monitor and analyze marketing mix profitability and products market share.

 

Project management between departments such as production, customer service, sales, central marketing (HQ),…

 

Define national crop strategy (incl. focus crops and business case)

 

Develop crop programs and execute trials for focus crops

 

ldentify national growth opportunities

 

Develop and support local sales & marketing activities for focus crops

 

Make & support Product Development proposals (e.g. demand estimates for new products)

 

Organize exchange/ dialogue with customers and end-users

 

Travelling according plan and demands;approx. 35%

SE REQUIERE:

 

> 3 years’ experience in technical or marketing positions in agrochemicals, seeds or fertilizer companies. Also it is valued technical positions that provides deeply understand respective crops and grower needs.

 

Essential with good Spanish and English language command. Some French or Portuguese would be highly valued
